These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided through www.siperal.com, siperal.com, www.siperal.com.tr, and siperal.com.tr ("Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Siperal provides services in the areas of artificial intelligence consulting and implementation, cybersecurity consulting, Linux hardening and customization, IT technical consulting, software development, and system modernization. The content on this website is for promotional and informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

All content on this site (including text, logos, graphics, software, and design) is the property of Siperal or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to exploit security vulnerabilities, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, and not to infringe on the rights of other users.

The Site content is provided "as is." Siperal cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, force majeure events, or third-party-linked content. The scope of the services provided becomes binding only through separate agreements signed between the parties.

Siperal reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The updated Terms take effect on the date they are published on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Adana have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.

Siperal protects the privacy of its visitors and customers with the same care it applies to the principle of digital sovereignty it upholds. This policy explains how personal data collected through the Site is processed.

Siperal takes technical and administrative measures to protect personal data; it keeps its infrastructure under its own control as much as possible.

Siperal Bilişim (“Siperal”) acts as the data controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Under Article 5(2) of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK): the processing of personal data that is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligations; and the data controller's legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law (court order, legal request). Data is shared with service providers solely for the purpose of providing the service and only after obtaining the necessary data protection commitments.

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK):

• Request information regarding such processing, if applicable
• Find out whether it has been used in accordance with the purpose of processing
• Find out which third parties, within the country orabroad
• Requesting the correction of incomplete or incorrect data
• Requesting the erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK
• Requesting that the third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• Object to a decision resulting in adverse consequences arising from analysis conducted exclusively by automated systems
• Request compensation for damages incurred due to processing in violation of the law

Requests will be processed within the timeframe specified in the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) (no later than 30 days).

This Explicit Consent Statement is provided separately from the KVKK Information Notice. The Information Notice is for informational purposes only and does not require consent; however, your explicit consent will be obtained separately for certain activities, such as marketing communications.
